Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are factored into our prices. However, small-batch shipments unfortunately result in minimal profit, or even a loss for us. We would deeply appreciate it if you like our products and could place a single order of over $120. This allows us to achieve a profitable margin and is the best way for us to continue offering you excellent service.
Once we receive your order, we will ensure your goods are delivered within fifteen days. We will always strive for the fastest possible delivery, and we plan to continuously improve our payment options and shipment speed going forward.
Return & Exchange Policy
Should you wish to return a purchase due to dissatisfaction with the product, please contact us with a reason—such as shipping damage, spoilage, or short weight—and send the item to our US office for a full return and refund. If you open the product and are unhappy with the tea and want an exchange, please contact us as well. Since tea is a food item, we cannot offer exchanges. However, we are committed to doing our best to resolve your disappointment until you are satisfied. Please note that excessive returns or exchanges will be flagged as malicious behavior, and we will unfortunately have to place your account on our blacklist.
